FACT: Other than being a great place to lean, the shoulder is the most flexible joint in your body! Your shoulder is made up of the humerus, the scapula and the clavicle. It is, also, a "ball-and-socket" joint. This allows for multidirectional movement and rotation. Our shoulders can often be found right up by our rears which means we need to relax! Getting a good mix of cardio, weight training and yoga can be great for relieving stress and keeping your shoulders and back healthy and feeling great.
