To apply to the International Museum of Surgical Science 2025 Art Fair, please submit the following information to Maya at maya@imss.org. If your application is chosen, we will contact you to arrange booth fee payment. 

Application Materials: 

• Applicant contact information (name, phone number, email) 
• Brief Artist Statement & Resume
• Description of work for sale 
• Pictures of items for sale (5-10 sample images are requested; if more items need to be made or if items are typically made-to-order, please include any images of items previously made/sold) 
• Please list any previous art fairs or markets that you have been involved with

Submitting Materials: 

Please send all application materials as attachments to maya@imss.org with the subject line: Art Fair Application [Last Name, First Name]. All documents, aside from work samples, should be in PDF format. Please do not include Google Drive or Word Documents.
